Chelsea have agreed terms to sign Romanian teenager Cristian Manea, Football Express News understands.
The Blues are on somewhat of a mission of late, attempting to build for the future and they have now completed a deal for Romanian defender Manea.
Manea had been impressing with Viitorul Constanta, where he will remain until the end of the season, before moving to Stamford Bridge.
He has been capped once by the Romania national side and had been gaining interest from a number of clubs across Europe, including Arsenal, Ajax and Udinese.
Manea is expected to put pen to paper on a five-year deal with Chelsea, but is likely to leave the club this summer on a season long loan.
