PSV Eindhoven director Toon Gerbrands admits Manchester United target Memphis Depay could leave the club this summer.
Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal has remained keen on signing the Dutch international since the turn of the year and is reportedly making serious moves to make a summer bid for the 21-year-old.
Linked with numerous European clubs in recent weeks, the youngster has also attracted Tottenham Hotspur with boss Mauricio Pochettino, who is keen to make a £15m bid and beat off interest from Premier League rivals United.
Gerbrands admits Depay is wanted and expects him to be the subject of many bids this summer.
“They (Tottenham) were willing to offer £15m. We decided to keep hold of him,” he told NOS. “But he has the option to leave after this season.
“I think these players are very attractive to a lot of clubs in Europe. So far, no one has come forward with an offer but I expect we will come under great pressure.”
Depay has scored 21 goals in 31 appearances this season.
