Barcelona’s new International Sporting Director Arieda Braida has held further talks with Juventus over the signing of Paul Pogba.

The Catalan club are unable to sign any players for the next two transfer windows, meaning they have to wait until January 2016 to make a new signing.

Matched with recent comments made by Paul Pogba’s agent, Mino Raiola, who claimed that the Juventus man would leave the club in the next 18 months; Barca are now readying a move for the Frenchman.

Chelsea, Manchester United and Real Madrid are also interested in the former United midfielder, but Barca’s contact with Juventus on Tuesday night in Turin has made them favourites.

Pogba has been a key member of Juve’s recent success on the field, having helped them to win two Serie A titles since he joined the club.

Our editor Ben Crump learnt off his sources earlier this year that the Catalan club made Pogba their top transfer target and that they will make a instant move for him in 2016.
