Portugal winger Nani broke down in tears after scoring a wonder goal in Sporting Lisbon’s 2-0 win over Gil Vicente on Sunday evening.
The 28-year-old, on loan from Manchester United, got on the end of a throw in just after the hour mark, before nudging the ball with his head before hitting a delightful left-footed strike.
Nani, who struggled to find form at United last season has re-emerged this season at the Portuguese club and was linked with an early return to Old Trafford in January.
The goal clearly meant something as the winger burst into tears.
