Burnley stunned Stamford Bridge as Ben Mee struck late to secure a point for Sean Dyche’s side on Saturday afternoon.

Jose Mourinho’s Chelsea took a 1-0 lead through Branislav Ivanovic, who was played in by Eden Hazard on the 14th minute mark.

Hazard was looking in the mood as he tried to seal a second goal just a minute later but Brazilian midfielder Oscar was unable to convert from close range.

Ivanovic would again come close on the half hour mark but he was denied by an outstretched hand from midfielder Michael Kightly, however, Chelsea’s appeals for a penalty were waived away by the referee.

Chelsea seemed in cruise control but the game would dramatically change in the second half when Nemanja Matic was shown a red card for a late challenge on Barnes.

And, the visitors would take advantage of their extra man as Ben Mee arrived at the back post to head past Thibaut Courtois.
