Liverpool are planning a summer move for Borussia Dortmund striker Ciro Immobile, according to Daily Star.
The former Juventus striker has struggled to repeat the same form in the Bundesliga that saw him heralded as one of Europe’s most deadliest finishers during his time with Torino last season.
The 24-year-old has netted seven goals in 21 games this season, but his poor form has mainly been down to Dortmund’s poor season, which has seen them sit in the relegation zone for the most part.
And, reports from Germany have suggested that Dortmund will be looking to sell the £15m rated striker to cut their losses.
Liverpool are linked with boss Brendan Rodgers a keen admirer of the Italian striker.
Immobile was wanted by Rodgers last summer but was beaten by the Bundesliga side.
