Arsenal have issued a job advert for a soft tissue therapist to begin work with the first team after Aaron Ramsey’s latest injury.
The Welshman has suffered hamstring problems in three occasions this season and is now sidelined until March after coming off against Leicester City on February 10.
Ramsey has been heavily plagued with problems, whilst Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Mathieu Debuchy, Abou Diaby and Mikel Arteta are also injured.
Combined the North London club saw first-team players miss 1,716 days of football and they have now moved to counter the problem.
The advert reads: “The primary purpose of the role is to provide massage/appropriate soft tissue techniques along with exercise based rehab to the First Team Squad and where required the Young Professionals. Providing the same for the injured Players under guidance from the Physiotherapists.”
