Italian media Tuttosport claim that AC Milan have told AC Milan that they would like Joel Campbell to be part of a total £27m bid from Arsenal for Mario Balotelli.

The Costa Rican striker has been in superb form at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil and played an important part in his country’s famous win over Uruguay last week and that had prompted numerous fans of Arsenal to call on Arsene Wenger to make him part of the squad next season.

Campbell arrived at Arsenal in 2011 but was loaned out Lorient, Real Betis and Olympiacos, before returning to England this summer.

However, it is now understood that Italian giants AC Milan have told Arsenal that they would like the talented youngster to be part of a deal for Mario Balotelli.

Balotelli’s agents have been in London this week to discuss terms on a 180k per week deal and it is understood that just a fee needs to be sorted between both club’s upon a completed deal.

Former Man City striker Balotelli, who scored against England on Saturday night is keen to move back to England and is seemingly relishing the chance to play Champions League football for Arsenal.
