Everton striker Romelu Lukaku is hoping to refind his form this season and manoeuvre a move to one of European football’s biggest clubs.
The Belgian international has been linked with a move away from Goodison Park, despite signing for Roberto Martinez’s side last summer in a £28m move.
The 21-year-old is yet to discover his best form this season, scoring just 10 goals in 33 games.
However, he has spoken of his determination to succeed and gain interest from Europe’s top clubs, ahead of a potential future move.
“They [Chelsea] know I’m a good player but that I want to develop so I can eventually get back to playing for a club like Chelsea,” Lukaku told The Sun .
“I don’t have a secret ambition to rejoin [Chelsea] – there are other clubs in the world.
“I just want to grow as a player and eventually arrive at a top club again.”
