Hazard has always spoken of his desire to remain at Stamford Bridge but interest from Real Madrid could now sway the former Lille man.
Madrid reportedly are becoming unsure that Gareth Bale will remain at the club after being indicated as a potential Manchester United signing and see Hazard as the perfect replacement.
Current Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is likely to do all he can to stop his former club poaching Hazard, although his criticism towards the attacker may have not helped that cause of late.
