Arsene Wenger has claimed that Arsenal can still win the Premier League title, despite being nine points behind league leaders Chelsea.
The Gunners have stumbled so far this season, having failed to beat title rivals Chelsea and Manchester City, whilst also dropping points against Everton, Leicester City and city rivals Tottenham Hotspur.
Despite their poor form, boss Arsene Wenger believes that his side can still force their way back into the title challenge and win their first Premier League title in 11 years.
“It is massive, the nine points after seven games, I agree completely, but it is not lost,” the Frenchman told beIN Sports. “I believe that maybe, going forward, City are a bit more complete.
“City are more offensive. Chelsea defensively are better but it’s very difficult to say who will be in front but what we want to do is be in front of both of them.”
