Tottenham Hotspur are keen to make a summer move for Chelsea attacker Mohamed Salah, according to reports.

The speedy winger has been in superb form for the Italian side after joining them on a six month loan deal in January.

The Egyptian has instantly become a fan favourite in Florence, providing a replacement for Juan Cuadrado, who departed the club for Chelsea over the winter period.

Aged 22, Salah is not expected to be given a second chance at Stamford Bridge, despite his on-field performances which have seen him send Tottenham crashing out of Europe and end Juventus’ 47-game unbeaten run at the Juventus stadium.

Fiorentina are keen to agree a deal and have submitted a bid in the region of £13m, but their interest is now said to have been tested by Spurs, who are keen to keep the winger in England beyond this summer.
