Manchester United striker Robin van Persie is set to leave the club and pursue a summer move to Turkish side Fenerbahce, according to Daily Star.
The Premier League side have struggled for consistency this season but still have a fighting chance of gaining automatic qualification for the Champions League.
Boss Louis van Gaal has come under heavy critique but it is understood that he will be handed a £150m transfer fund in June.
The Dutch coach is now understood to be keen to push that further towards the £200m mark with the sales of some key United players and Robin van Persie has been identified as a possible sale.
The former Arsenal striker has been a shadow of his past self, scoring just 10 goals in all competitions.
Italian side Inter Milan have been interested, but it is believed that Van Persie is keen on a move to Fenerbahce and has spoken to both Wesley Sneijder and Dirk Kuyt about life in Turkey.
