Berahino refuses to rule out January exit

Saido Berahino has refused to rule out a move away from West Brom after reported interest from Liverpool.

Brendan Rodgers’ side are ready to make a lucrative bid for the in-form 21-year-old after watching his impressive performance against Hull City, in which he scored to increase his tally to 13 goals in 24 games.

Whilst, the Baggies fans and new boss Tony Pulis want the England international to remain at the club, the striker has refused to rule out an exit.

“I’m playing, I can’t complain,” he told reporters. “I’m starting to score goals again, which I’m enjoying. That’s as far as it goes.

“Obviously I’ve got big ambitions, but at the moment I’m a West Brom player and I’m enjoying my football.

“There are always rumours going around, but I can’t control anything. The only thing I can control is what I do on the field.”
