Vidal tells Juventus that he wants Man United move

Football Express News understands that Arturo Vidal has told Juventus that he wants to join Manchester United this summer.

The Chilean midfielder has been heavily linked with a move to Man United this summer after impressing for Juventus in the Serie A in recent seasons and for his country.

Negotiations between both clubs over a move have gained significant ground in recent weeks, although Juve officials have fiercely denied such talk.

United boss Louis van Gaal gave the Turin giants a Sunday evening deadline for a decision, which was pushed through to Monday after the emergence of another interested club, thought to be Bayern Munich.

Doubts over Vidal’s future began to grow with the midfielder holding a double meeting with Juve officials on Monday morning/afternoon.

But, we now understand that he has told the Italian champions that he does want to join United this summer and would happily accept terms with the Premier League giants.

A fee is yet to be agreed between both teams, but United’s offer of £39.7m is still on the table.
