A number of Premier League sides continue to show interest in Dnipro winger Yevhen Konoplyanka, but it is uncertain as to where the 24-year-old will end up this summer.

The sought-after Ukranian has been on the wishlist of many English sides after a fantastic World Cup qualifying campaign with his national team.

Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers activated the young starlets buy-out clause of £12m last season, but the transfer didn’t complete as Dnipro president Ihor Kolomoyskyi refused to sign the relevant paperwork on deadline day.

The tricky winger is understood to still have his heart set on a move to Merseyside but with the signings of Adam Lallana, Lazar Markovic and more due to arrive at Anfied, it remains to be seen if Rodgers will make another attempt to acquire Konoplyanka.

Whilst analysing this exciting winger’s style of play, the Ukrainian is someone who would fit perfectly into the Spurs identity.

He is a Mauricio Pochettino-type player with great skill, pace and creativity. He can play anywhere behind the striker in many attacking positions, favouring the left wing where he can cut inside and cause countless problems for opposition defences.

Tottenham will know all about the youngster as they came up against him last season in the Europa League, in a tie which saw the winger score.

It is clear Konoplyanka wants to play in a better football league, for a better team, with better players, but Dnipro will not let their star leave for anything less than his £12m release clause and the only club to have tabled a bid so far are West Ham, who have fallen shy with a £10 offer.

Liverpool, Spurs, Manchester United and Atletico Madrid all continue to show interest in the youthful visionary, but with each side rumoured to be interested in many other players across Europe, he, as well as Dnipro will want a team to really prove they want him with an offer that reflects that, ultimately making his decision a very easy one.
