Paris Saint Germain have emerged in the race to sign Chelsea keeper Petr Cech, according to Daily Mirror.

Czech Republic keeper Cech will leave Stamford Bridge this summer but who he will join is anybody’s guess, after constant speculation linking him with a move to Arsenal, Paris Saint Germain and Liverpool.

Having established himself as number one at the Premier League champions, he was dropped to the bench following the return of Thibaut Courtois, who spent three seasons in Spain with Atletico Madrid.

The 32-year-old is keen to leave and find regular football, prompting the aforementioned trio to show interest.

Arsenal have been strongly linked and are expected to attempt a solid offer in the coming days, but reports from France and in the Daily Mirror claim that PSG bosses are determined to complete a deal and have put together a financial package worth £39m.

That interest could put Gunners boss Arsene Wenger off completely, whilst Blues boss Jose Mourinho will welcome the Ligue 1 side’s interest as he is not keen for him to play in the Premier League.
