Liverpool target Geoffrey Kondogbia has revealed his satisfaction at Ligue 1 club Monaco, but he also refused to rule out a summer move.

The France international has enjoyed a very successful two years at the Stade Louis II since joining from Seville in August 2013. But reports recently have linked the versatile midfielder with a move to Liverpool after his performances have caught the eye of Brendan Rodgers this season.

“The future? The Monaco project is the one that is best suited to me, and the one that is the best for me,” he told Telefoot on TF1. “It is difficult to leave when you feel good at a club, but in football you never know.”

Kondogbia has played 29 times in all competition for Monaco this term, netting twice in the process. The 22-year-old’s impressive form for the French club this season, has put Liverpool and Spanish giants Atletico Madrid on red alert.
