Harry Kane wins consecutive Player of the Month award

Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has won his second consecutive Player of the Month award after a sublime month of February.

Kane is the fourth player in the history of the award to win it back-to-back, following the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Robbie Fowler and Dennis Bergkamp.

“To make history would be something very special. Obviously I’ve scored a couple so far this month,” Kane told Sky Sports News.

“Still a few more games to go, so hopefully I’ll get a few more goals and we’ll see what happens, but I’m looking forward to the games ahead.

“I’ve just loved every minute of playing. I’m enjoying my football so much at the moment playing with my mates, we have a great team and a great squad, and looking forward to the rest of the games.”

Meanwhile, West Bromwich Albion boss Tony Pulis picked up the Manager of the Month award for February.
