Arsenal and Liverpool have been made aware by AC Milan that Stephan El Shaarawy will be sold this summer.

The 22-year-old has scored just two goals in his last two seasons and has been burdened by injuries, halting his development with the San Siro outfit.

Milan have themselves struggled on the field and are expected to make a whole host of changes this summer in a bid to push the likes of Juventus and Roma for the title once more.

And, the Italian international is set to be sold, having been told he is now surplus to requirements.

Whilst, Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham have held high interest, it is also understood that Atletico Madrid and Borussia Dortmund are keen on the attacker.

El Shaarway, who has 10 caps for Italy, joined Milan from Genoa in 2011.
